Free Land Offer

The chief of the village took Riley and showed him a portion of land that he would let him have for free if he would relocate to Ghana and build a house in their village.  A "decent" house would cost about $18,000.00.  The chief told Riley that because he was white he would be an asset to their village and be able to help them.  I believe Riley might still be considering all his options!
